Nice hotel but small parking lot

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel...problem is damn parking lot, only infront of the hotel then only inches away is the main road already...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Damosa Gateway has it all...SM Lanang is very near also, and airport is near

the place was ok. our room had a small refrigerator. the bed was comfortable. the aircon worked well. what bothered me was the room having a certain smell that was not really offensive but i prefer unscented/odor-less hotel rooms. breakfast was included in the rate. hailing taxis was not a problem. the staff, especially the guards, were very helpful.
Hotel Feature Tip:
As Davao is a very large city, it's best to choose a hotel that is near to where you need to be.

Near the Airport with accomodating receptionist

The hotel accomodated me immediately even I arrived early in the morning; they even offered me if I want to avail my complimentary breakfast right away. The toilet need to be improved particularly the toilet flush, need shower curtain & need to adjust loction of door to use the sink properly. Internet/wi-fi has poor/limited signal to some of the rooms.

everytime i visit davao, i used to stay in this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and to my customer's office location. this hotel is also near to my playing which is golf.

hotel was a very average hotel. location is not that great and the beds were far too small. aside from that it is okay - average.

Casa de Habana has some good live music.

空港に至近で、幹線道路沿いのためタクシーを捕まえやすく、使い勝手の良い小型ホテル。設備や室内のグレードは値段相応、屋上のレストランで供される朝食もダバオの同等クラスのホテルと比べても平均的。食事はタクシーで数分のダモサのレストラン街が有り、さらに市内の中心に向かえば、アブリーザモールやガイサノモールも遠くはない。ビーチリゾートのあるサマール島の渡し舟乗り場までも、タクシーで10分程度で行ける。

どうということはない、普通のビジネスホテルではありますが、
まだ認知されておらず、お客がほとんどいませんでした。
そのため、まだ部屋の中もあまり劣化しておらず、快適に使えました。
