Great Location... At the Heart of Davao City!
Location, location, location!
9
a great retreat in the middle of the busy streets of davao. located at the center of the city, it is conveniently located new swanky establishments. posh restaurants, green parks, malls, fast food chains... you name it!
amidst the buzzing sounds of the city, life inside the cozy hotel room is every busy person's dream. you cannot get peace and quiet easily nowadays. it might not look like a luxury hotel, but very one in the hotel, from the security to the staff, made us feel like we're in one. friendly, accommodating, efficient... all of the above.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the restaurants near the area: Turning Japanese? Try Tsuru. Feeling Vietnamese? Try Hanoi. Hungry for Filipino dishes? Try Selera.

The location is great. It's in the middle of the city. There were lots of restaurants and fast food chains near the hotel too. It's also easy to get a cab. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The rooms are a bit small -- but manageable. The breakfast was not buffet style. You just need to choose one option in their menu. I chose the Filipino style - and the food was great. They're very helpful when we checked out. Although they were trying to charge us of the food in the room that we did not eat (chocolate kisses). We informed them that we did not took it and refused to pay for it. We ended up paying for those that we ate. Also, the Wi-Fi was not fast. I still need to go to the main lobby from the 4th floor. They said that there was an issue with their Wi-fi that time and they're trying to fix it.

good location
right at the heart of the city
4.3
no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. the check-in was swift and the staff were nice and pretty. the hotel is quite old but everything is working right, not until i reached my room which is huge, spacious, clean but the aircon is not working. It took sometime to fix it but afterwards twas fine.
other thing, no briefing on shuttle schedule just in case and the breakfast was just breakfast- nothing spectacular! and the waiters were unmindful of the guests, just watching basketball game on TV. well, maybe it's championship day.

Front Desk Personnel are very accommodating. Food is good. But it would be great if they will serve buffet breakfast.

Very good location in downtown Davao
I liked the location and the size. It's not a big hotel so it doesn't tend to get crowded.

Good for short stay, especially for business travelers. The restaurant has very good breakfast and really good coffee! Wifi is free and signal is strong enough in the rooms. Location is not in a traffic-congested area.

The hotel's service and facilities are the typical business hotel level, not really great but not bad. The location was though nice, the hotel is located in the area close to a local shopping district and a big shopping center, so you may be able to feel like a local citizen, but if the travel purpose is to enjoy night life, I would suggest to find another one.
