Shopping Tip:
Abreeza and Gaisano mall is not far from the hotel. there is another mall in the other block also.

Best Value for the Money in Davao Center!

I have stayed here numerous times and this hotel is always clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Better than most hotels costing a lot more, this hotel is in a great central Davao location close to dining and shopping. The staff is really the best and after staying in a dozen different Davao hotels, this hotel is really the best value in Davao center.

this hotel (and it's sister hotel casa leticia business inn) are very comfortable and reasonably priced. this hotel is in davao center close to shopping and restaurants. the food here is good and the rooms are very nice. the staff is excellent and are always ready to help. this is the best value in davao.

For my business trip now, its ok since it is very near to my meeting place, however, if you are with your family on a vacation, definitely this is not the place where you can relax to the fullest.

the presidential suite is not really a suite but a large room with an aquarium above the bed, which is fun but a bit noisy (the pump)
cleanliness ok, furniture ok.
the hotel in general is not brand new but acceptable.
it is well located.
but no swimming pool.
breakfast was standard... nothing exceptional

The hotel was excellent for the average businessman. The rooms were adequate. The service was very good. The location was also very good, and close to all of my required meeting points.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The roads outside of Davao are extremely bad. There is also the problem with criminals and Gurriallas so be careful. A bus for rural travel is an excellent idea.

The room was fine. each of us got our own bed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Location is great. Food was okay. however the sink in our roomn wAs clog. we cant even brush our teeth or wash our hand continuously. Overall its fine but the management should look unto that problem.

in front of peoples park, walking diistance to aldevinco and restuarants (mcdo, kfc, jollibee, chowking etc)

I booked one of the more luxurious rooms, only to find it faced some noisy aircon ventilation shaft and was transferred to a cheaper room facing the street. In general this hotel is some 20% over priced, but this could be due to the location. Just remember that Peoples Park can be very noisy with religious selfish fanatics ranting and raving for hours.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Peoples park is well worth an hour or two, if not to see all the locals roam around.
