Good value for money
Hotel is new, 10 min to the city, cheap taxis anyway, on the route of provincial buses so a good base for touring mindanao. Very nice breakfast selection and it is free!

Comfortable, feels at home with the staff we always at our service...for eg a friend gave us pomelos and we had the kitchen peel these for us everytime. Guard at the entrance always so eager to help us find a cab. Food at the Sagay resto is good.
Bumped into an old collegue who is responsible for Mindanao, he uses this hotel as his base/home in this province

pleasant stay at casa letecia
very close to the bus transport terminal

stayed three nights at casa letecia business inn with my daughter in a twin bedroom with free plated breakfast. everything was satisfactory- check inn was a breeze, there was no elevator but it was okay since we were assisted with our luggage by the bellboy. room was a little small but twas okay for our limited stay. advertised wifi did not quite reach our rooom as we were occupying the farthest one in the 2nd floor but signal was good in the restaurant and hotel lobby. bathroom was okay and our room was always cleaned everytime we requested for it.

hotel is very clean, hotel staff are not stingy with towels nor any requests you make. well i have a big family so the rooms are small. the twin bed double room is the only one that is spacious.
the double bed rooms and the triple sharing are small.

hotel is near bluegre a coffee place that serves coffee spiked with durian a novelty
and near it is a fast food chain that serves really good cheap food
jack's ridge is overlooking the city although the food is pricey but a must place to visit
Attraction Tip
must do white water rafting
eden farm would be good if you are adventurer to camp overnight or to stay overnight at the cabins if you're not one for camping
zip city ziplining hands up!

great service, clean, non smelling cigarette rooms

we arrived early so i decided to go to eden farm because i knew our check in time was at noon. the staff is very friendly and accommodating. the rooms are clean but rather small since i have a big family. they readily lent us towels when we needed them to bring to the white water rafting and island hoping.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
white Water rafting is a must
eden park you can stay overnight here to fully appreciate the park
jack's ridge a little pricey but view to die for
blugre for exotic adventurous try durian coffee didn't have any
fast food beside blugre served delicious food eat all u can rice and very cheap! a real find!
