Plain room and it is better to stay in the inn at the city proper. If you need hot water, you need to go to their cafe to get it or else they will be charge for service. We ask to iron 2 shirts and charged an express rate of 199.00 instead of 35 per shirt. But the shirt were delivered after 2 hours. They have a family deluxe room but the size of room can only fit 2 persons. It is really very small. If you want to get the room with 3 beds, you need to be at the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Nice Small Hotel but accomodating perssonnel
Price is affordable although the rooms are small for 2 beds.

Restaurant Tip:
Davao is a great place for dining-in. Be sure to see Ahfat which i am waiting to have a branch in manila. There are also cheap eat all you can, at Php 135 including can drinks at Kuya Eds.. Try to explore these restaurants and many more..

lovely hotel and service with a smile
the hotel is clean and the staff were pleasantly nice

the place was nice and clean and the staffs were nice and helpful. we had the superior family room with additional extra bed although the bed was nice and comfortable one of the leg bed fell off and also there is a hot and cold faucet/shower but most of our stay the water was cold and no hot water comes out. overall the place was good
