Home away from home
cozy place, very nice people
what i love about the place is that it is literally a home away from home. having said that, one must expect flaws from the b&b since it's only a 1 1/2 star hotel. the price may be higher than expected but the warmth of the people in the b&b is exceptional. although my friend and i felt that the place is similar to a "home for the aged" because people who stay there are retired/old women. but needless to say, we really like the place.

Nice Place at the Metro
Interior of the house, good accommodation
It's very nice. The staffs are very accommodating. If ever I will be back at Davao City, I will again stay here. I love the smiles of the staff even we back home late.

Looks great outside!
Nothing
The location is deadly. On a hill,on a busy corner and no proper space to park. Not close to anything except a Mercury Drug Store.Room is tacky and tasteless. No furniture. Shared CR.Defenitely low end.House is full of kids and I suggest is either/or a home for disabled or the aged. The medicine smells will knock your socks off!!! Didnt bother to look at breakfast. I moved elsewhere for the second night!

Deluxe?
