Hotel Feature Tip: It's very close to Davao City main bus terminal,various beach resorts,restaurants and not far from shopping malls

Business travelers Philippines, January 18, 2013	very accesible location... value for money accessibility. new building. clean rooms. 9 This hotel is very reasonably priced and accesible by cab or local transportation (jeepneys). The staffs are very accomodating. Breakfast is ok. Since it is new, the rooms and beds are still veru clean. The only negative point is that the water takes a while to heat up... around 20 mins or so... but the water isny very cold anyway so its tolerable... Breakfast size is a bit small that u need to order (and pay) for extra. Over all, i like tjis hotel and will stay here again.
Dieter K. Couples Switzerland, October 24, 2012	Hotel with great staff For a 2 star hotel impressive TV sets 7.7 Courtview Inn hotel is a very new hotel and not in full swing yet. The hotel is situated on the 4th floor in a new office building. All staff members are extremely friendly and try to do their best. There are no safety boxes available and also no fridges in the rooms. But all in all for a 2 star hotel not a bad choice.

Very accessible location, it's 5 minutes walk to Davao’s Hall of Justice and Davao City Overland Transport Terminal, 3 minutes drive to Davao City Hall, Sangguniang Panglungsod Building, SM Mall of Davao, Ateneo Grade School and High School, NCCC Mall.
