The place was very suited for our budget.. The rooms are big enough and well maintained. They also provide free wifi which is a big plus.. The pool is also big and it has a relaxing garden..our stay was amazing and we'll definitely go back

a friendly small hotel in a great location next to nccc mall so many food outlets near by clean rooms,easy going staff let us book in at 800 am as we arrived early flight.old casa hotel but clean and tidy

Great room only a couple of steps from the pool

This was my second stay here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is basic but in addition have use of kitchen / fridge facilities in main house. I cooked on a couple of occasions. Easy walk to mall ( NCC) and Macdonalds across the road. The pool is good and although frequently booked out for parties etc, this didnt really bother me as they usually finished early evening.
Breakfast available for extra charge.

the place is a big potential for becoming a great cozy, and quaint hotel because of the old house ambiance and the spacious garden and pool area. away from the city noise and pollution (although it is already near the main road that is very busy during the day.
management did a good job on renovating the house to make it a hotel, materials used for the bathroom are good quality.
minuses or improvements to make the place more attractive to both local and foreign visitors
1. no food being served yet: we can understand if management is not ready for a kitchen to serve breakfast and other meals. but at least provide drinking water, hot water facility outside the rooms for visitors to avail of. this is not good not to have this, or should we have asked the staff?
2. in our room, the moment we entered there were plenty of mosquitoes (room has not been prepared probably unoccupied for a while) i asked the staff to do something, they sprayed and when we came back there was a strong smell of insecticide but mosquitos were not eradicated. then the beds were infested with small red bitting ants that were also on the walls of the bathroom. when i got one of the staff to shake them off the beds, she admitted another room had the same problem. unfortunately for me, i am allergic to insect bites and this made it very uncomfortable and irritating.
3. staff need some professional training:
they are friendly that's a plus but not coached on how to deal with customers. they are too cozy and they treat the place like their home. they all congregate in the reception area--watching tv and sitting on the sofa chatting with each other meanwhile rooms that should have been cleaned and fixed were not done. some of them are still in their pajamas and eating their snacks around the reception area. do they have uniforms? or at least dress up properly .

Hotel Feature Tip:
Away from city noise and pollution but near enough to visit the places of interest. Good for big families and the pool is a plus (if not being rented out for big parties).
