Apartelle sounds just as it looks

Decent for the price that was paid, one thing though rooms weren't ready when we got there so a little upset about that after a long 17 hour flight and notification of late check-in, but staff worked efficient and were quick to remedy the problem. Staff was friendly and rooms were average, sometimes water heater worked others it didn't (brr). Garden view was nice and as well as the pool did wish pool side had lounge bed for tanning or an update on the patio décor. Beddings could've been nice instead of just a single lining sheet wasn't set up like what I was use to for hotels I got only one pillow for the extra bed and no color scheme or comforter to make it more "homey" it was just threw on quick (even though it's a hot and humid area could of been better for décor and beddings). Wifi was not so great by pool side quite slow would disconnect or wouldn't connect at all you would have to log in towards the front desk which required a different passcode. Overall okay stay, probably wouldn't be my first recommendation to stay in Davao but wouldn't mind coming back to stay especially on a budget. Location was great near so many restaurants, shopping centers such as SM malls. Also safe security on site and gated entry. Overall wouldn't mind coming back again.

We had an overnight stay at the hotel. the staff who received us wasn't very accommodating and we were made to wait for like ages before we were finally checked-in to our rooms (and that was already way past the check-in time of 2:00pm). Although the pool was nice but it's open only from 8:00am to 9:00pm. I particularly dislike the way cleanliness is maintained at the hotel especially on their corridors and stairways leading to the second floor. The floor was untidy during our stay there. hope they could improve on this. Inside the rooms though are clean (we used two rooms during our stay there). Even so, I think I would not recommend the hotel to a friend or any traveler.

fast check in. large clean rooms and the pool was fantastic. walking distance to the shops and the NCCC mall.there is a fun fair nearby that the kids loved.the location is perfect. its just off macarther highway set in a side street so away from traffic noise.i will return to this little gem of a hotel when i visit davao again.

We have been staying in this place for many times and the experience is great especially with the reasonable price. My only comment this time was when we requested for an extra bed, we were given a foam instead and my kid slept on the floor. We were not able to complain because we arrived quite late already in the evening with no staff around, only a security guard.

We had a nice time. We enjoyed the pool which was right outside our doorstep. Lovely garden surrounds. Very nice staff. Owners are also very nice.
The rooms around the pool are standard, clean, but on the small side. There is cable and hot water. You can use the community refrigerator and get hot water from the kitchen.
They have nicer rooms that are newly renovated but they are not poolside.
Cons- ask the staff to clean your room if you want it cleaned. it wasn't automatic for us.
Nightlife Tip:
There's a mall across the street with movies. it's pretty good.
The best is the nightlife area that is across the street and a block away. it's really cool but go early, they stop playing music early because of noise ordinance.

원래 가정집으로 사용되던 곳을 숙소로 개방한 곳입니다. 저렴한 가격에 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 수영장도 좋습니다. 다만 자유롭게 이용할 수 있는 주방이 제대로 관리되어 있지 않습니다. 그러나 유아나 아동 동반 여행객에게 가격대비 최상의 숙소입니다.
Shopping Tip:
5분 거리에 NCCC 몰이 있습니다. 주택가에 있어 택시기사가 잘 못 찾는 단점이 있습니다.

쇼핑몰NCCC 이 걸어서 5분거리이고 가까이 페농과 딤섬(24시간)맥도널드(24시간)등 가까운 거리에 식당들이 많고 시내 원하는곳까지 택시타고 100P 안되게 움직일 수 있어서 좋았다.
호텔방과 욕실 깨끗하고 수압도 괜찬은 편 이었고 직원들 모두 친절하였다. 크리스마스 파티를 위해서 낮에는 가든과 식당을 개방하는거 같았는데 미리 파티 한다는 쪽지를 방안에 두고 갔다.
낮에는 밖에 나갔기에 상관 없었다.
아이가 아파서 약국에 약 사달라고 하자 직원 시켜 사다주었다.
수영장 물도 깨끗하여서 스캐줄 없으면 수영하면서 놀 수 있어서 심심하지 않았다.
Nightlife Tip:
호텔 바로 앞 맥도날드 옆으로 마티나MTS가 있으니 바에가서 라이브음악에 한잔하면 좋음.

방이 길가에 있었는데 골목이어서 자동차는 많이 다니지 않았지만 아침 시간에 옆에 있는 고등학교 픽업하는 차량 소리가 조금 들렸다 .하지만 닭소리가 나지 않는 편안한 잠자리가 맘에 들었다.
택시를 출근 시간에 이용 하려면 호텔 옆 아테네오 하이스쿨 앞에가면 내리는 차들이 많아서 택시 잡기 쉬울 것 이다.
호텔앞에 트라이시클은 항상 대기중..

주방이 함께 있어서 간단한 요리를 할 수 있다.주방 냉장고에 과일등 보관 이용 가능하다.

큰저택을 소유한듯 착각을 일으키는 친절한 직원들의 서비스가 좋았던 호텔

가족이 숙박하기에 너무나 좋은 호텔....
풀뷰의 방에서 문을 열면 수영장이 있어 아이들이 노는것을 방에서 확인하기 좋다. 사실 호텔을 찾기는 힘들지만 택시기사에게 마티나 페농을 이야기하면 그곳에 세워준다. 바로앞 주유소로 가서 주유소 안으로 들어가 지나가면 바로 앞에 로렌조의 간판과 문이 보인다...
오히려 도로와 한블럭 떨어져 주택가에 위치하고 있어 너무나 조용하고 큰 저택을 소유한듯한 착각을 불러 일으킬정도로 내집처럼 느껴진다..
또한 직원들의 메이드급의 친절함에 스스로 팁을 건네기도 한다...
Shopping Tip:
근처 NCC몰이 있어 쇼핑하기에 좋고 주변 유명식당인 페농 있어 식사하기도 편하다. 또한 24시간 맥도날드와 딤섬디너도 있어 참좋다.
또한 바로 앞에 필리핀유명 사립학교인 아테네오 하이스쿨이 있어 모든면에서
