Location, quite, clean, staff gentle
Excellente hotel in semi-old style , but still in good conditions. Room are very clean and staff very very gentle. They have a very huge entrance with a big restaurant where food is exellent. I was surprise for the kindness of the davao people and i reccomend this hotel to everyone willing to know mindanao.malls are near and taxi fares very very cheap.

The mildew smell from the room prices may be unavoidable if I'm beaten. The hotel also has a lot of trouble they are from nothing and mosquito spray and bear bum.
