Location, quite, clean, staff gentle Excellente hotel in semi-old style , but still in good conditions. Room are very clean and staff very very gentle. They have a very huge entrance with a big restaurant where food is exellent. I was surprise for the kindness of the davao people and i reccomend this hotel to everyone willing to know mindanao.malls are near and taxi fares very very cheap.

The mildew smell from the room prices may be unavoidable if I'm beaten. The hotel also has a lot of trouble they are from nothing and mosquito spray and bear bum.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : So be careful around the security is poor

Hospitality and good manners are always smiling staff. 聞Koezu sound outside the car and, in the hotel was quiet and loud sound of a refrigerator in the room. Was twice the rate compared with the use of hotels last year was worth it. Two children were very pleased because there was a pool.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Timing of the festival as a thanksgiving Kadayawan (August) it was, and hotels and restaurants near the road from the airport to the hotel was crowded everywhere.
