Comfortable hotel with courteous and helpful staff

accommodation good,with friendly helpful staff.
beds and pillows very comfortable.
unfortunately no tea or coffee making facilities in rooms.
grateful to be able to secure valubles in hotel safe.
breakfast most mornings only average -luke warm and often dry even though we ate at 8am at the latest. also limited choice with cereals - corn flakes or coco pops.

I am very happy to tried out to stayed in Grand Men Seng hotel. This was my first time that I stayed in Grand Men Seng hotel. This hotel provided a very warm welcome and a very good hospitality toward their guess. it was also a very nice atmosphere and presentation for me as soon as I walk into the Lobby. I am sure I will book my book my future stay in Grand Men Seng hotel during my next trip.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice room, hotel just at the heart of the city and very easy to go around to do shopping and find food to buy.

Great location with big rooms
The hotel is centrally located in the city area. There are convenience store, markets, church near it. You can easily get a cab or a jeepney upon stepping out from the hotel. The service is great with friendly hotel staffs.

Overall, I will be staying here again if I will visit Davao. The price is cheap and you get quality service.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Samal Island and rent a multicab to visit the attractions there like the Bat Cave, Hagimit Falls, etc. Make sure to bring a towel and a change of clothes when you visit Hagimit Falls. You can't resist the cascading waters.

Grand Men Seng Hotel
in the middle of the city!

don't have much to say.....we only stayed for about 8hours! though we welcome a very nice cup of coffee around 4 in the morning since our flight took off around 6a.m. to Manila!
