Service was of the highest standard

The room we first occupied (310) had two windows being heated throughout the day by the sun making the air conditioner unable to cool the room - Suggestion from us is for the hotel to fit reflective coating on the windows to drop the room temperature to more comfortable levels.
The staff moved us to another room in response to our complaint and have to be congratulated for their excellent support and level of service.
I was at the time of our occupancy experiencing difficulties walking properly and the staff did all they could in ensuring that I had the best care whenever in the hotel.

Great hotel, walking distance to SM Mall
Good rooms and good breakfast

The newish hotel was very good. Staff polite and helpful. The rooms were well furnished, comfortable and air conditioned. Bathroom was also good with a great shower. Breakfast room was a little small but not many in it when we were there. It is within about 200yards of the entrance to SM Mall and when the extension to the mall is finished it will be only 100 yards away.
If I were to be picky a few extra power points would be nice but will look at it again especially at the price.

nice hotel, and small restaurant. good staff, wi-fi available in lobby, and restaurant. clean rooms,....only con is located next to sm parking lot, and 5am sunday morning there was a very loud youth rally in sm parking lot, with loud speakers, and music.

Modern, comfortable hotel
Like shopping? SM Mall is across the road.

a smallish hotel, only three floors, but friendly, helpful staff, a large modern, well appointed rooms, and very comfortable beds. cable tv, air con. the restaurant is more correctly described as a cafe, with a small selection of meals and snacks. the room has no wifi but does have a data port, so bring your network cable. they will rent you a cable but it's day and you can buy one at the mall across the road for 80p!
a comfortable hotel in a fairly good area with a big mall across the road, but unless you have business in the area you'll need a car/bike/taxi to get to anything interesting.
Shopping Tip:
SM Mall is literally across the road so if shopping's your thing you'll have a ball.

Warm reception with smile by front desk staff was a welcome relief after long tiring journey.
Hotel staff well trined to look out for customer needs to act promptly with utmost curtesy.
Clean little hotel with clean rooms and linen.
Rooms however are quite small and boxed in.
OK bathroom with good shower pressure.
No proper restaurant on premises, but decent breakfast, although limited selction.
Away from downtown, but the large SM Mall which is almost next door, walking distance serves decent shopping and eating. A short ride on "bike mobile" takes you to the beach huts and several seafood restaurants. Not much night life to expect.
Although most taxies are metered, some taxies surprise you with different high readings travelling the same distance..I cannot understand.
Overall you get money's worth, although this one does not quite qualify for a three star hotel.
