You surely get what you pay for!
Near to shopping malls, New Hotel, Superb Exterior and Interior Designs
7.7
Our stay at Home Crest was fine. I like the place because it is close to SM Ecoland. It's actually located at the back of the mall. You can also hire room service for massage. Moreover, they are also connected to a travel agency, "Travel Advantage" where you can avail different tour packages. In our stay, we availed the Pearl Farm Beach Resort Day Tour, and it cost around 6 thousand pesos for 2 pax. All inclusive of transfers and lunch. Generally, our stay at home crest was great!

Clean hotel and conveniently located
conveniently located to SM City Davao, accessible drinking water outside of room, good breakfast choices

Staying at Home Crest Residences for 5 days 4 nights was pleasant. The room was large enough for two, and cleaned everyday. The staff (front desk, dining and housekeeping)were courteous and friendly. There was drinking water, both hot and cold, made available via a water dispenser outside the room. Breakfast food was great with fresh fruits beside the main course (choice of American, Continental and Filipino). Easy access to public transport available. Best of all, it is beside SM Mall of Davao.

My appreciation for the great service afforded in my short stay. Staffs are helpful and courteous, a very commendable asset of a medium range hotel.
Travel tip:

Great hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff
Small and quiet hotel, walking distance to a major mall

Home Crest Residences is a nice small boutique-style hotel. It's small and quiet and is perfect for a business traveler on the budget. Their staff is great and pleasant people. Also they feature promotional rates from time to time. It's new and clean. Some people might not like window air con, but it's one of those things that small budget hotels come with. Also breakfast menu is a bit limited.

Great location, impeccable service and food
Hotel is just across SM ecoland, rooms are modern-inspired, food is delicious!

Stayed a few nights in Waterfront before going to HomeCrest, and I must say I enjoyed the latter more. Rooms were designed just right -- modern-inspired. Ordered sinuglaw through room service and I must say it is very delicious. The concierge, guards and bellboys were all efficient and served with a smile.
Best thing about this hotel is that they permitted me to check-out late at 3pm with very minimal charge. Would definitely stay in this hotel again
On a side note, the hotel management should consider lowering down their prices a bit -- to match their competitor beside them

My over all stay in this hotel is good. I would say they still need to improvement on their services, the manager is not friendly at all, in house restaurant service is very slow not to mention no food available.
