The hotel is near a mall so it is not difficult to find restaurants; hotel room is clean; aircon, ref, tv, hot water are available; staff are accommodating and friendly.

the location is great especially for tourists

the hotel looks new and elegant, the rooms though small but it's already enough for travelers who does not stay in the room the whole day. I think they should improve on the food available at the cafe, and the cable channels too. There was very limited channels available.

The bathroom is small to move around. The telephone in the room was not ready and needs to call tech to fix the phone. Room cleaning service is excellent, and can be requested to do job right away, a big plus. The restaurant is small and has limited menu, no service because of staff Xmas party.

Our stay was superb. We arrived before check-in time but they accommodated us at once. The staff are so nice, from the FO staffs to housekeeping to guard. Complimentary breakfast is satisfying (i'm into american breakfast). Rooms are clean, no foul smell. :) All in all, Everything went well.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel is just a street across SM Ecoland.

the service in general is excellent but not the bath
room aminities neccessary for shower. another thing the bath towel that was provided to us look like rugs, dirty white, torn edges with holes. we're down to earth people so we did not complain. it was only on our last day that good bath towel were provided. really white ones with the hotel logo on them.

Loved that it was right across SM. The room didn't include a ref, so the reception allowed us to put our cheeses in the ref of the restaurant downstairs.
The room had busted light bulbs. Had to call to have them replaced. Internet was not usable. It didn't reach our rooms at all. They should do something about that.
Rooms were inconsistent in size.
