Couples Australia, February 20, 2012	Nice hotel with great service Very helpful staff 8 enjoyed our time there. it was relaxing just sitting in the gardens. the meals in the restaurant were a good standard , however there could be a bit more variety at breakfast. the restaurant staff were helpful & cut up a green mango for us & gave us some salt also . no charge was incurred for this . a pleasant airport transfer . waiting for us there even though our flight was late . was a little shocked when i discovered that our airport transfer to the airport would cost pesos . i thought it was included in the package . if you wish you can order a taxi & pay a little less if you wish. other than that , we had a great time. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Get to the Eden nature park , the crocodile park & the Philippine eagle centre. Ask about a package at reception ,or alternatively ask a taxi driver for a price . It's your money right !

Families with young children Philippines, January 20, 2012	new hotel with spacious rooms spacious and clean rooms 6.3 the room is still new and spacious although the lobby looks like that of a backpackers hotel. the cafe serves good food at reasonable prices. the breakfast buffet is not impressive as they serve mostly filipino dishes with little variety and does not refill servings immediately. make sure to confirm your airport pickup because although we made a confirmation, they did not show up on the airport so we need to book a cab to reach therm. Hotel Feature Tip: Try having dinner at Cafe Aseya. We enjoyed the Filipino dishes.

Couples United States of America, January 05, 2012	nice hotel, had difficulty with hot/warm water liked being out of downtown smog 10 The hotel is new, had clean rooms, staff was courteous and helpful and spoke English. Hotel restaurant was good, needs a little more variety. I would stay again. Travel tip: Jacks Ridge restaurant is is nice place to see the city at night and is up on a mountain with good overall views

Solo travelers Philippines, November 27, 2011	Great location Location, very close to the airport 7 the hotel's pretty decent, room and bathroom were really clean. the location is great too if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport. as for the staff, they were generally nice and friendly. only slight problem i encountered was during checkout. they wanted to charge me a certain amount for the number of hours exceeding their late checkout time (2pm), but they only informed me after 2pm that they were going to charge me. i became annoyed at this because they did not brief me regarding their policy, but i got to straighten things out with them that they should always inform the guests of their policy ahead of time before insisting on charging them. they're easy to talk to and understood the situation from my side. so overall, my stay was okay.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were large and clean. It was a bit of an issue finding it initially as it was 7km out of the center of town, which they don't make very clear on the site, but it's on a popular route so it's only 10 PHP to get one way or another or 140 PHP (c. $3) in a cab. Generally I'd be happy with the trade off, living in this clean hotel rather than staying in the center of a dirty run down city.The restaurant added tax etc to the bill which I was annoyed at as everywhere else in the country the price you see is the price you get.
