Lovely Hotel, Great Location

Requested for an extra bed during booking...reminded staff during check in about it...when we came back near midnight it wasnt there yet...we had to call housekeeping for the bed.
During ckeck in, forgot to bring the voucher...staff at frontdesk was nice...suggested i go the business center so i can print my voucher which i can access through my email...they didnt charge me for the computer use as well as for the printing. Made things easy for me. Thanks.

Awesome Hotel, Great Staff
Manager was awesome, food and bar were excellent, buffet was top notch

this hotel was wonderful at about dollars per night and included a three room buffet with everything you could imaging. we received great suggestions from the manager both about delicious menu items and wonderful attractions to see during our stay. the bar was a fun place to hang out and the rooms were in great shape.

I was surprised when the hotel staff was there to pick me up from the airport as nothing was mentioned about the hotel transfer from the airport. The car ride is about 20 minutes. However, when i checked in the hotel, I was told there is a charge by the front desk. But I told him I didnt book the van, then he said ok... then its free.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is average. The room is a bit old but clean. The hotel has good security and safe. The hotel is near shopping mall. A short taxi ride is about 45 peso. However, be prepared to Q for taxi for long time when going back to hotel. It may take 20-45 minutes.

Excellent service throughout. Lovely pool area, good food but as in all hotels of this category, the menu is not cheap. Incredible buffet breakfast. Rooms are large and well laid out. It is a bit of a worry though that the security here is very thorough, and it was the same in the other hotel I stayed in. But Manila was the same and metal detectors are used on taxis, and police dogs as well.

Everything was ok except for two things: 1)the drain in the bath tub did not drain the water as fast as it should be which made it dirty and "eerie" 2) the Juices ( all 3 selections) made available in the buffet Breakfast were quite "undrikable", suggest that a drink test be made prior to serving, and also the longaniza was not so nice as expected in a Davao Restaurant/hotel, suggest you try checking the home-made longaniza of Ms. cristy Flores of Bo. Pamapanga, your customers would love it.( sorry, am not advertising, fact is she doesn't know that am writing this). The best thing in our 2 night stay in the hotel, is that we just crossed the street to attend the simbang gabi at 4:30 am.

to many parties and, children running around the hotel with out parental care!people always cutting in line at buffet's.waiting for a taxi seems and takes a long time until one appears with people unloading from it!why can't a taxi be waiting.hotel cars are so costly!why do they charge so much?in the us there is no charge!it is a service of the hotel to the guest!

The best Hotel in Davao City

I have all the best to say about the hotel; the best rooms, the best amenities,the best location, the best room features and the best food. But when we arrived at the hotel at 3pm on our booked date, the front desk told us that we still have to wait because the rooms were not yet ready. I was really tired from the trip, then they would just tell to wait because the room was not yet ready. I booked the rooms almost a month before the scheduled trip. However, they sensed that we were tired, and after 15 mins, they told us that the rooms were now ready.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Samal Island, especially to Pearl Farm Resort, when you go to Davao. You will fall in love with the place.
