I stayed here with my husband and 3 small kids. The rooms were clean the hotel staff friendly. I didn't like the idea that I had to pay to get internet access. I booked an extra bed when I made my booking and I was very glad to see the extra bed when I walked into the room. In general this hotel is good if you're planning to stay for one night.
Hotel Feature Tip:
No free internet connection - you have to pay per hour.

i was on business travel in davao and i brought along my sister inlaw with my staff because it was more of a business travel than pleasure.
i asked my staff to booked me near the convention where i will have a talk. when i got to the hotel i was happy about it because it was near the place where i will give my talk and it was a descent and nice hotel to stay. i like the room because of its space i like the people there and most of all the location because it was near to where i am supposed to be. definitely i will tell friends about my stay and tell them to experience it too.
Restaurant Tip:
Robinson is near the hotel and with restaurant if you get hungry.

Spacous with big beds, good location near airport.

Microtel Inn and Resort hotel is well located near airport. It is in between Davao City and Panabo City. The room is spacious with 2 big beds for double sharing. However, there was no bottled water provided in the room. The breakfast provided was very originally. With the same price, can have better value in other hotel nearby.

We had a gpleasant stay at Microtel Davao. The room was perfect especially the bed. We stayed at the ground floor and it was near the lobby area. The receptionist is very accomodating.

we arrived late in the evening after a long international flight so we needed rest and a good nights sleep, which this clean and comfortable hotel certainly provides. We have used this hotel several times before and apart from the basic breakfast we are more than happy with the standard of service.

This Hotel is close to the airport and reasonably close to the main business area.

I enjoyed my stay, but was surprised how small it was. I was there to relax but this is not the place for it. This is a working or business persons hotel functional with out to many trimmings.
I would not stay again, only because i travel for relaxation not business and found it lacking in the requirements i needed.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a good selection of restraunts close to the hotel and an interesting little shopping centre across the road.

Overall I had a comfortable stay, but not without drawbacks. Staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful, the hotel is clean, and my suite was roomy, comfortable and clean. The hotel is situated in a rather noisy area, next to a strip mall, which has live music on weekend nights and other activities during weeknights. I had to turn on the air conditioning in my room at night to drown out the outside noise.

Excelllent Journey
The pro's for the trip had to be the staff at the Microtel, they were very professional and kind. I felt so safe there and walking around the city of Davao. The city was so clean and the people very friendly. I loved it and I will return there with a good feeling.

the warmth and hospitality of Davao City
Hotel is just a few minutes away from the airport- very accessible. Upon checking in, we were advised that our room was upgraded without any additional cost. place is very clean and quiet, plenty of restaurants nearby. near robinsons mall and the swiss restaurant (just across the street)...services offered are more than what you can expect. beds and bathrooms are very clean.
