bad service and bad hotel

i would stay there again ,we booked a room with extra bed but did not need it,they would not upgrade or give us the balance $15,they put us in old part of hotel which was really old fashioned and would not place us in new modern part of the building ,stay clear money grabbers.

i enjoyed my 3-day stay at my hotel... the location is nice, walking distance to convinient store and fast food...its easy to find.. the room and the bathroom is clean... we enjoyed the free wifi access...

Very Nice Yet Inexpensive Hotel
The Hotel was clean and neat. Wifi service in the lobby was free. Restaurant was very good with both local foods and English foods

This was actually a very good low-cost hotel. Not very many amenities but it was better than what I expected for the price. There was several good small clubs in the area and Davao is definitely someplace I will visit again. Wish I could have stayed longer.

its nice to stay there when you are in davao as there is less hotels in davao and this area pedro is suitable for all locations you wish to visit lot of gepeenes are available and taxi meter one is good for tranport overall reasonable hotel

i book at this hotel for budget constraint. maybe i should not complain because i want to pay less but if they improved their services, guest will book again.
