Very nice hotel, spacious rooms...
THe rooms are spacious, great location, friendly staff

We stayed there for a night, hoping to catch the float parade during the Kadayawan Festival, and luckily, the float parade passed along the side of the hotel, which I think was really very convenient for the guests who just went there to witness the activity. Over all, the stay was great.

Shopping Tip:
for travelers you can shop at JS Gaisano near from the hotel or NCC Mall Maa u can ride taxi or jeep and SM. they sell affordable.

we found some great value for money! the staffs are very accommodating. very near to commercial district. grooms in an unpretentious looking building is stills something of a landmark in the little town. the décor is functional and business-like but not unpleasant. the rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms spotlessly clean and disinfected, the sheets and linen are fresh. all in all, we found it great value for money.
