I like it's location, very near to a mall and some food chain.The bathroom was small but acceptable, the room space is quite small but very clean. There is also a receiving area in every floor, which was an advantage if you have visitors to meet with. Overall, north zen hotel is acceptable.

We stayed at the family suite and since the hotel is fairly new, everything was spotless. The two queen-sized beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit small. The staff also gave complimentary water bottles, as well as shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. The air-con was very cold and the large TV was clear and had cable. The bathroom had nice amenities with a hot shower that had good water pressure. Also, the lounge areas outside the rooms were a nice touch. Overall, a very satisfying and peaceful stay at North Zen.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel was a little bit hard to find at first if you're unfamiliar with the area. It's a short drive from the back of the Abreeza mall, just head towards Lapu-lapu street, then you'll find a street sign pointing to Sobrecary street, and just keep your eyes open for the hotel sign because the hotel itself is situated towards the middle of the side of the road.

The hotel is modest and simple, yet tidy and well looked after. Well located, at walking distance from China town and other shopping areas, the hotel is manned by friendly staff who go out of their way to help and support. I enjoyed my short stay and will visit again

Rooms are nice but the location is not good.

The hotel is nice just for the stop over. But, I dont like the location its far from the establishments. Hotel staffs are nice, they are accomodating. It would be better if there is a breakfast that comes with every booked stay.
