Clean and quiet hotel
There are plenty of places to see nearby, all of the major malls are close by and a taxi ride away!

we really enjoyed our stay here, the zen suite was very comfortable, the shower and bathroom were very nice! bed was compfortable and clean! the staff was very nice and helpfull! i would definately return to this hotel!

its nice and clean room. staff are so friendly. location is good coz it is near the malls.taxi is also accesible and the place is safe specially if you are a woman traveling alone . i want to recommend my friends to stay here. and i will come stay here again when i come back to davao for whateer reason

nothing to complain about. as their sign says, "basic rooms." it's just the kind of room i needed - just for sleep and the shower. i spent most of my time away from the hotel so i needed a no-frills hotel. the cost for the room is cheap. the room is basic but clean and spacious. cable tv, a/c, and hot showers. what more do you need? staff is friendly. for the price, it was well worth it. no breakfast. there's a 24-hour diner and a convenience store just a few minutes' walk away. jeepneys/tricycles could be hailed right in front of the hotel. it costs 8 pesos to get to the magsaysay ave fruit stands on the jeepneys. it also costs 8 pesos to ride a tricycle to get to the gaisano or victoria mall. abreeza/ayala mall is also close by. sm is only 2 jeepney rides away.

our stay was a breeze. we didnt had any trouble checking inn. the room was clean. the stair creates attitude fits on their theme. the lady who attended us was friendly and always wears a smile. the only disadvantage was the location. no good restaurant, kiosk, store, canteen or cafeteria nearby. instead we placed an order by calling a fast food service delivery.
another thing i noticed that theres only a single guard stationed at night. i dont know but i think single guard will not be enough to protect the guest. the lobby was also open and somehow it frightens me. the "what if" syndrome comes in.
but nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Near City proper and very affordable. If you'll be out for most of the day and need a place just for sleeping, this will be a good place to stay. Friendly staff, clean but very modest in size room especially the rest room. Overall, not bad for what you pay for

Decent hotel for the rate

Pros: hotel is clean, generally quiet and located about four blocks or so from a gaisano mall
Cons: bathroom is ridiculously small and to top it off the door opened into the small bathroom literally hitting the toilet , just not well thought out.
The floor in the room would never dry, and the sheets and pillow cases smelled moldy
One pleasant thing about the hotel was the staff , Especially a girl named Cris ,she seemed genuine,and attentive to this weary traveler,s comments. This is a big deal to me, because normaly filippino (still love them though)when yu have a concern, question, or complaint nine out of ten times you get a plastic response "iam sorry sir..." like a robot...never trying to understand or think period. Over and over the "sir" begins to sound like a Mask for another choice word " F@;$k you sir."
