The Pearl Farm Beach Resort requires you to provide your complete flight details (flight number and estimated time of arrival) and preferred boat schedule to arrange transfers. This information is a must prior to your arrival date. The resort reserves the right to prioritize clients with complete arrival information. If such information is unavailable or provided that your arrival time is flexible, please note that early arrival at the wharf without prior reservation does not guarantee you confirmed boat transfers – it is subject to availability.

For directional reference, Davao Marina Wharf is located at Km. 7, Lizada Drive, Davao City. If you have an advanced boat transfer booking, please be at the Marina Wharf 30 minutes prior to boat schedule.

Airport and boat transfers are included in the package rate but subject to the following regular boat schedule:
Davao Marina Wharf to Pearl Farm: 8:00 am, 1:30 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm
Pearl Farm to Davao Marina Wharf: 6:45 am, 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, 4:00 pm

Effective immediately the new special boat rate is charged at Php 6,500 per way (Day Time) and Php 7,500 per way (Night Time). Please note that rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Important Note: Kindly indicate flight details only if your flight is scheduled on the same day as your check in at the resort. For guests not going directly to the resort after the flight arrival in Davao City, please indicate only your preferred boat schedule.

Please be advised that some resort facilities are undergoing renovation until December 2013. The Parola, Maranao Infinity Pool and Maranao Restaurant are currently not available however, the Mandaya pool and Mandaya beach al fresco restaurant are open for guests to still have an enjoyable holiday.
