Hotel is nice but expensive
If you want some time away from the bustles of the city and just relax, this could be a good option!
There's not much to do in the hotel. Maybe if you just want to relax and don't want some crowded area or just want to read a book and spend some time in a resort, this could be good for you. There's no nightlife but there are activities that you could do if you want to - volleyball/tennis/water sports are available too.

Great location with excellent service
accommodation, facilities, staff
my grandmother was given the best experience here. she is 88 years old and whenever we ask for a shuttle pick-up from her room, the shuttle driver kuya lhoy would even carry my grandmother going up since she cannot walk up and down the stairs. they were very accommodating and the place is awesome!!!

lovely hotel
swimming pool and food
had some renovations going on next door to our room which was a bit unfortunate but these things happen, also for a 5 star hotel there was no warm showers.

Nice island
transportation from your room to the hotel amenities
Nice island and accomodating staff. This hotel has a vehicle available for guests that can transfer you from where you are staying up to the hotel's amenities. There are jet skis available on the other island that you can rent and go around the island. There are scheduled fish feedings where you can join for free, fish food is already provided by the staff. The infiniti pool is also fantastic as it looks like an extension of the sea. During the night, a live band is available in the restaurant to entertain the guests while dining.

Worth every penny
Great for relaxation
Spending 2 days away from everyone else and it was all worth it. Would definitely go back and enjoy the beauty of Samal.

tropical getaway
lovely beaches around
the resort is a great getaway place, with friendly and accommodating staff. it gets a bit too busy now that they are open to day trips, but there are lots of nooks and crannies to explore, so it's okay. the mountain rooms are okay, with a nice big shared veranda. the only thing is that it gets musty from lack of circulation, with the damp air and thick foliage around. we had advised the staff to air out the rooms weekly to help with this.

Excellent loaction / Very relaxing place to unwind
Nice rooms & Location
Very nice and tranquil place. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind and forget about life's problems for a few days....Pearl Farm Resort is the perfect place. The Samal rooms on the water are nice and can wake up with perfect sunrise while feeding the fish from your balcany.

Very relaxing place. Great view, great staff.
The pool near parola, the buffet restaurant, the shuttle service that you provide.
Loved the place soooo much and I would highly recommend this to any of my friends who will visit Davao. Great facilities and staff. Buffet food is great too!

Excellent, beautiful, relaxing
Location, beautiful views, great staff, great food
This is our 4th visit to Pearl Farm, this time we brought our young baby daughter. There's a reason why we keep coming back. Pearl Farm has always been our all-time favorite resort to stay out. The food is terrific, the scenary, beach, water is crystal clear and just the boat ride alone to the island takes all the stress out of your body. The staff is friendly, helpful, rooms are not 5-star level, but clean, quaint and fits in well with the surroundings. We stayed in the Mandaya House cottage (due to having a young child), because it has more room and an extra single bed. . . but don't miss out if you're a couple and stay in the Samal House, overlooking the water. It's a little smaller, but absolutely beautiful.

Excellent hotel in every way!
Everything was perfect.
Everything was just superb, from arriving to catch the boat to go to the resort to the return: Just wished I had booked for longer. The food was excellent, from the delicious and extensive buffet breakfast to the buffet dinner, although a la carte is also available. I was expecting drink prices to be high, but they were very reasonable, particularly for the wine. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and everyhing was done almost before you had asked for it. This is true luxury. I hope to return soon.
