Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Frustrating
Sorry but I wasn't able to experience best things here
6.3
The pool has lots of leaves. The beach on the opposite island is nice but it's not easily accessible. All the watersports have separate rate. The room is not clean.we are not allowed to bring some foods even for the kids only and so happen that my kids are so choosy in foods. There are no available free drinking water which is a necessity in the beach coz it's very hot. Overall we did not enjoy our stay. It was frustrating coz after there we went to same category hotel and they are more hospitable

We really have enjoyed our stay in the resort. The food was nice and with my foreign partner, he loves everything! The aqua sports were exemplary too. The people were very accommodating and hospitable including "Charlie" the talking bird! Certainly one of the best place to spend for holidays. And I will definitely recommend it to my other friends here in Australia. Thumbs up! Keep it up!

my grandmother was given the best experience here. she is 88 years old and whenever we ask for a shuttle pick-up from her room, the shuttle driver kuya lhoy would even carry my grandmother going up since she cannot walk up and down the stairs. they were very accommodating and the place is awesome!!!

A haven of peace & serenity!!!

It's once in a lifetime experience to have gone to a place where you can hear the chirping of birds and singing of winds beating together with the flow of waves around our Samal room since we are practically staying over the water!!! A sumptuous and generous servings of buffet breakfast is also well appreciated.

the resort is a great getaway place, with friendly and accommodating staff. it gets a bit too busy now that they are open to day trips, but there are lots of nooks and crannies to explore, so it's okay. the mountain rooms are okay, with a nice big shared veranda. the only thing is that it gets musty from lack of circulation, with the damp air and thick foliage around. we had advised the staff to air out the rooms weekly to help with this.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Visit the nearby island, also owned by the resort, and try out the different beaches. Snorkeling is okay, but not great, as most of the corals are damaged. Lots of insects around, but expect that in a tropical island.

Beautiful Hotel with friendly staff
The room was very large and well appointed. The resort had two pools and various activities.
8.7
The food is fine but expensive. For the rate and the fact that there is no where else to go, the hotel should consider an all-in plan. There are a lot of activities but the hotel needs to make sure all the guests are aware of all that can be participated in. A little history on the island and where the name came from would be nice.

great resort with friendly staff
great service and beautiful resort
9.3
This is one of the resorts that I would definitely recommend to my friends. It is not just beautiful but the staff in the hotel really shows what they say, "pleasure to serve". The food in their restaurant is okay except the pastries.
