Very bad hotel
I dont see good futur for this hotel

When I stayed there 2 days then I change this hotel. First in elevaters and koridors very hot no airconditions. in room old type cair conditions very noisy you cant sleep. very poor breakfast. that is why I change this hotel. This hotel dont desrve this money .

Comfortable beds, quality shower, pleasant staff, clean, air conditioning worked well,
Door staff opens door every time, very pleasant. (Free) breakfast was ok, some western food there, mainly Asian food though, but it was all fine.
Would certainly return there without hesitation. Haven't compared prices to other local hotels though.

This is fairly new hotel with moderate accomodation. Nothing fancy but reasonable. Only problem this hotel has is its bug issue. Many small ant crawling in some section of room...
Last time I wrote this complaint, but it has not been improved up to this time visit.

The Lobby was the best feature, and the location from the mall.

The rooms were good, but for some reason going through agoda.com I was always given a room with out a good view.
Shopping Tip:
You are walking distance to a mall with a lot of eating places.

the pinnacle hotel and suites is centrally located in davao city and convenient to shopping and transportation. the price is fair and the rooms are of average overall quality. customer service is fairly good as well. unfortunately, this is my 2nd stay at pinnacle and both times the pool has been out of service. from the other reviews on agoda i see this is a fairly regular problem. and since i paid for a cabana room which allows for access to a broken pool, i would have appreciated the heads-up in advance about this situation and i would have surely requested a regular room with twice the square footage but no access to a broken pool.

This hotel was one of the nicer hotels I have stayed in. The lobby, room, beds, and TV were all large and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and this hotel was both affordable and approaching 4-stars. Not quite the Marco Polo but definitely in the top tier and very reasonable for the price. I plan to stay here again and this is a safe bet for any traveler used to the larger rooms and all the usual comforts.

Actually, there was no reviews for this hotel.
So I just chose this hotel with the pictures provided by the hotel. But I want to say it was the good choice for my trip.
Four of us stayed in a family room. There were two big sized beds and one bathroom. The room was clean, new and comfy.
And Wifi was available at the lobby area and they kept our luggage even after we checked out.
I would definately stay again there when I have chance to stay in Davao!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Victoria Mall and K1 was quite close to this hotel!
But You better to take a taxi, it only costed around 50php!
And it took 30 minutes to the airport at around 7-8p.m.(traffic time).
