The staff was friendly and very accomodating
Pinnacle hotel's best qualities are service, appearance and did i mention service?

We enjoyed our whole stay in the Pinnacle hotel. Initially I booked here because i saw that they had an indoor pool that me and my son can enjoy, unfortunately when we got there they were renovating the 5th floor which is where the pools are. however it is a short taxi ride to the beach so we still had a chance to do our swimming. The internet in the rooms is LAN only but it was fast so i have no complains.

I noticed the basin isnt that clean,bleach or use ciff cream to make it shiny n smooth..same with the shower area for hygiene purposes...maybe a gymn will be added to the amenities...i will comeback again and hopefully you take my advice seriously..tx

Place is situated near downtown close to every attrations you would like to visit in Davao. The price is very reasonable with very friendly staff that you would think you are in a higher price hotel. At far with Marco Polo. service is excellent. Breakfast is magnificent. Pool is small and is cold. All in all, it is a very nice hotel.

We rate this hotel as average... not sure about value for money but location is great as it is very near the malls and restaurants. Service is above average and staff are very friendly which is a plus. Breakfast is okay but they can improve by adding more choices.
