this hotel is wow
if you like art, this is the best place to stay, this hotel is like a museum!

i love this hotel, all artworks by the artist kublai are awesome... it's like staying at a museum. the room accommodation itself is basic but its okay.
Travel tip:
the hotel is inside a village so kinda far from the main road, but it's easy to get a taxi, the receptionist will call a cab for you if you want to go out, you can also walk to the main road, and its near one of the 'malls'

Intresting place to hangout.

The first time I booked this place I didn't realize what
it was.
The room quality is somewhat below average for the one to
two star places. But the hotel it self is very intersting.
Inside and out there's all kinds of art stuff and whatnot,
but if you stay here you must go the roof top and check it
out, maybe to hangout and have a drink or to, check out the
"bird cage" sitting area.

Good place if the location works out for you; book a night
and see if you like it. It's a very unique property.
It's waling distance to Victoria mall (looks to be the oldest
mall of the three in this area.) There's a near by laundry
place on the right side, on your way to Victoria Mall. On
the south side of the building theres two Sari-Sari stores
to get cheap supplies (drink and whatnot.)

Good place to start your adventures in Davao.

Give this place a shot... It's a unique property, try it for
a night. Whilst there be sure to go to the roof and have a
drink or two there; nice at night or when it's raining hard...
The rooms are your standard South East Asia two-star quality.
Around the Guest-House are a few Sari-sari stores, laundry, and
a few malls mostly with in walking distance.

It's a pretty basic room. The art all over the hallways is cool but can sometimes make you dizzy. At least that's how I felt. Staff was accommodating. Walking distance from the nearest mall.

Artsy Gallery Hotel

I had a bit uncomfortable stay in this hotel since our room is near the guest receiving area. But in the morning when I get the to explore the place, I was so amazed by the arts being displayed in every walls, corridors and corner of the hotel. Arts made of recycled trash everywhere. I suggest to all art lovers out there to stay a day in this hotel.

The service lacked a smile and unfortunately the hotel lacked any warmth. The hotel is certainly past it's heyday and needs some modernization of the bathrooms and other areas.

a very unconventional hotel in davao city. nice location as it is near the main road and three shopping malls. also acts as an art gallery as there are a lot of artworks displayed throughout the entire hotel. although rooms are a bit old already, it adds to the mystic feeling of the place. rooms are also quite small but if you are in a budget and you just need a place to rest, you should definitely check out this hotel. the manager and staff are also very accommodating.
Nightlife Tip:
The hotel is also near Torres Street which comes to life during night time.
