Small hotel at edge of China town. This hotel would do with more lightings. Too dark even at the hotel lobby. Wifi is only available at the lobby area, not in the rooms. I had problems with the electronic key card. Sometime ok, and sometimes not ok. They were too cheap to even replace this card which was already broken in half and taped together with scotch tape. The only good thing is that they have a luggage store for us to store our stuff as our flight was in the evening.

Few small hotels to choose from in Davao. Thought this one was ok but was really disappointed. It could use some renovation- room stuffy with cockroaches.

The hotel is clean and spacious. The receptionists are friendly. I like the design of the room, it is well carpeted. The bathroom is clean too.

Stayed here many times and I keep returning. This time after one week at Marco Polo and even if the standard is lower here on regency Inn, I still find this place smoother and more to the point than pretentious Marco.
If the install safe on the room and a small refrigerator they would get an even higher grade.

well not much i can say about this place because i only made it to the enterance...i never stayed there because i was a day late due to manila weather. however i did pay for it and still took a stroll past to see what it looked like. the staff were very friendly when i spoke to them and i could see it was a very clean place.... the picture on agoda of the hotel pertrays a good image and yes it did look nice so if the bedroom pics are the same then this wud be a nice place and i will book again and stay hahahaha.. good luck
Travel tip:
Just in the heart of davao.. you can get anything here just all on your doorstep.

Booked this hotel for my staff while I had to transit out. First message I got the next day was that they weren't able to sleep, because the aircon was extremely noisy. They felt like they were in a ship. They were moved to another room with less noise...but dripping aircon... it kept them awake all night.
This hotel is very convenient to the Gaisano mall. You pay cheap...what amenities are you talking about? haha Oh well, lesson learned. Not everything you see is what it actually is. If you're travelling to explore, then this hotel is good enough because it's cheaper than most. besides, you will be out mostly, so why spend much for a hotel room that's only used for a couple of hours?

A broken shower and some other minor defects makes this a little bit less attractive than it could be, but still I rank this as one of the hotels I prefer if i need a quick, simple, friendly and efficient semi budget hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
TGI Fridays in Abreeza Mall is wort a visit.

A basic hotel... missed not having a fridge, but room was a good size
WIFI free in the lobby, and 150PP per day in your room - not too bad
Stores in the area tend to be for car parts etc
If you come out of the hotel and take the left, walk 200 metres there is a convenience store, eating places and fruit stalls (for varieties of mango!)
Restaurant Tip:
If you take a left out of the hotel, walk 100 metres and see ASIA restaurant - modern, clean and good choice of food
