i loved the location and the service . brilliant
the room was good and very large. everythhing was just perfect

the hotel is central to most things. I liked the hotel for its quietness and position,the building puts you in mind of a spanish hacienda,[outside balcony]
Travel tip:
you are free to do as you like . you can sightsee or just laze around.... a very nice restaurant , but a bit restricted for the english traveller

"Big room and friendly staffs"

this is the first time i booked on-line and i was so impressed that it's so easy. i was skeptic at first and thought that i may have problems when i checked in at sequoia inn. when i arrived at the inn, the friendly staff simply asked for the voucher and i.d.
the room assigned to us was located at the 3rd floor and near the elevator. it was a big room, bigger than the rooms i stayed on some 4 star hotels. it was clean and it's great.
although the amenities are enough for our 2 night stay, i would suggest that they add slippers for their guests.
overall, it is good and i would recommend this inn to others.

It's like a mall
Big rooms, with electric kettle, complaints were addressed immediately.

The inn does not look like an inn its more of a mall. Once you go outside your room you will see below the driveway and the tenants below. You can hear the noise outside (people talking, vehicles).
The inn requires a deposit of P500 when you check in but you can the amount upon checking out, not very convenient for me. The price is ok for this kind of hotel, might consider staying there if I'm low on budget.

well if i compare with room charge, i didnt sutisfied honesty.
room lock was only one without chaine, so seems like anyone sneak into while sleeping and there ain't conviniense store around makes difficult to get drink and cigalett too.
stuff is dipend on person, some stuff is friendly and helpful but some wasn't.
i will concider to stay again just in case they goes price down.

Accessable to malls, dining places and can ger transport easily on the road side. Staff are very helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
Taklobo Restaurant in Jack Ridge is a place to go in the evening, you will love the scenery overlooking on the restaurant. Live music and band is also available near the restaurant.

Stay was wonderful. Could use a small refrigerator in the room but none. Staff were courteous and helpful. Big room and bathroom.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Use the tourist flyer available at the desk. Used them and it was very good tour.

Perhaps one of my worst nights at a hotel ever!

i checked into the sequoia inn on good friday, when many of the rooms in cebu were already taken up. check-in was smooth but uneventful. being a large budget hotel near mango square, one of the largest red light districts in the philippines, i could tell the staff have seen it all before.
while the hotel's lobby is impressive, the rooms were run down (but clean). the shower head and fittings was heavily tarnished. there was also a gap around the air conditioner through which light (and insects) could pass through.
Hotel Feature Tip:
try a different hotel--agoda reviews are often right on, so pay attention to all of them when booking a hotel. also be careful around the hotel at night.
