40 years ago stayed in army barracks more acceptab

This hotel is really substandard! I selected it based upon a 9.2 customer satisfaction. WOW, was that a mistake! The shower which is smaller than the one in my motorhome only had cold water. The bed foam mattress. The TV did not have anything but snowy picture as there was no cable. And, increably noisy with every sound heard and children running up and down the hallways. I notified management (within 15 minutes) that we would cancel but it was pouring down rain so we agreed to stay there one night. The next morning we left. This was a very unpleasant and expensive endeavor. I have always trusted the customer rating but this one was oblviously salted or well I can't even imagine how a customer would rate this hotel 9.2?
