no golf course very disappointing
staff superb , neat and clean, nice landscape

the staff superb in performance , very clean room , surroundings well manicured , not all bath functions working , they claim golf course on site but no greens , not one thing that you could really consider golf course , you could not even use for chipping because of guests using for various things other than golf , very disappointing ,xpected golf course because they claim there is one on site .

Staff,security was good, but the stay was not one to remember. Th air conditioner did not cool effectively. Room is large , bathroom is small, pool was always too crowded to even get near. Someone thought it was a great idea to blow leaves with a loud leaf blower at 1:30 am...

the staff at the Ritz were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. the one complaint I do have though is I had no hot water in my room for 3 days out of the six I stayed and it seemed beyond any of the maintenance team to fix it. Very much a shame as everything else was great. but for this reason alone i would not stay there again.

Relaxing accommodation in relaxing city, Davao.
Well secured hotel, also well maintained facilities..... Room is spacious enough for 2 guests, furnitures are quite simple, but working enough.

this hotel is located in the middle of residential area.... they have no land-mark around there. so, some taxi doesn't know the exact location of this hotel. but, on the other hand, the hotel's surroundings is very quiet, even isolated from city's noise..... then, guests can enjoy relaxing stay, such as being at "resort hotel"..... their security level is high. their facilities are well maintained. they have also nice swimming pool within their property. the guests can enjoy swimming there from 9am till 9pm. their rooms are clean, spacious enough for 2 guests.
if guests need to buy something, they can get to "gaisano mall davao", in 5 minutes taxi-ride, with peso fare. if you consider this hotel, as "city resorts", this one is one of the best choice in davao city.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel offers good security, relaxing stay to their guests. You can relax yourself at pool-side bar. Totally, the quality of this hotel is good enough for their rate.

Nice place to stay in Davao City

Hotel staff friendly and service especially of coffee resto crew exceptional. The place is not in the major thoroughfares but the location is still great.
Restaurant Tip:
Coffee resto crew is accommodation despite late request for coffee and meal.

New and clean and spacious
A new and clean hotel with large room and comfy bed.

Staff is friendly but nervous. They did not have change for me to give to the taxi, so I went with the taxi driver to Super Yonip to get change from purchasing a roasted (Lechon Manok) chicken.
Internet in rooms is fast, and lobby internet is good too. The place is a classy but not too classy hotel Great pool with lots of activity. Breakfast is in a big and old cafeteria across the way - not classy, so don't expect their food to be as classy as the rooms. Price is good for a new and well done medium to large hotel.
