the hotel is not what i expected. i expected it to be bigger. but it's okay. the price is just worth the stay. the rooms are clean. the hotel is very accessible to many places especially, the jeepneys route leads you to malls. also, they have a good service. the food is just fair. the room is big but no big mirror :( the cr is small. over all, its just fair.

it was great. the bath room is just too small. the room is clean and cozy. the tv is too small though. there is no menu, phone directory and remote channel. there is only free soap, there is no free shampoo, conditioner. the food they offer is standard. but they have a good service. the staff are very friendly.

the hotel staffs welcomed us with a cold drinks...hotel attendants are very friendly...they even gave us some tips where we can have our dinner and where we can buy some "pasalubong"...hotel room is clean...over-all, we can stay again in our future visit in davao...thanks!!!
Restaurant Tip:
we recommend to have a dinner @ jack's ridge...nice place to view the city of davao @ night time...

good location
The hotel is centrally located in the town proper thus very near banks, restaurants, spas.Public jeepneys ply through the very street where the hotel is located which a plus for it..

our stay at the hotel is okay. fresh towels, soaps were provided during our stay. however, there is a storage fee for durian since one cannot bring up the fruit in the room. this is quite dismaying since davao is promoting its local produce, the durian, but why the fee. we have been to different places staying in 5 star hotels but they just let their guests leave their "pasalubongs" like smelly fruits, dried fish at the hotel lobby without any fee.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The PEC. Eden Nature Park, Malagos sights are places to behold. We had good memories of these places. One should make sure to catch the bird show at Malagos especially the children for their concept is that of environmental concerns. Be early at PEC such as we had since you can enjoy the animals without any disturbance at all.Just be sure to bring along your cash for the entrances, rides, tours.I just wish as Filipinos we should have discounts of these for how can we push own own tourism when it is so costly to travel in our own country. it's a nice place in a perfect location. rooms is okay and the service from the staff is priceless. but needs more improvement in terms of housekeeping and hotels services. but i and enjoying and extended my stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
dont hesitate to ask the locals coz they know everything and they will tell you nothing but the best of Davao can offer.

the building is actually nice. nice staff. excellent price. some of the rooms are small. biggest complaint - too much noise at the rear of the building. roosters crowing and dogs barking all night. area of town is not the greatest but i really didn't see any good areas in davao. definitely not a tourist destination.
nice to have a flat screen tv. but no complimentary water with a sign saying - do not drink the tap water. no wifi in the rooms unless you get one close enough to the reception. they should have a separate area in the lobby away from the restaurant area. restaurant food was reasonable - but i only had breakfast.
Travel tip:
Don't visit Davao if a tourist. There is no laundry service at hotel or nearby. Hotel should associate with one.

We only wanted somewhere to stay for one night, and this was a very cheap nights accommodation so booked it.
Ok, the room was just small and no refrigerator, but the hotel itself was clean, nice paintings on the wall, nice courtyard and we were entertained by some good and bad karaoke singing in their hotel bar.
I would definitely stay there again.

They have the most cheerful employees. The room i got was okay, not really that nice, but the rates were cheap so i didnt mind.The bathroom was the only problem i had with the inn, they had no locks in it.
