cheap hotel...you get what you pay for.

Room was dingy and noisy. Location was at cm recto. The road was lined with old abandoned establishments. Walking through it at night was scary as it was barely lighted and a lot of people sleeping on the streets.

what i like most about the royale house is its location. almost wherever i go, the passenger jeepney would end up in the city hall area (san pedro / c.m. recto).
clean and spacious room for 1. good air-conditioning and cable tv. water supply is ok although there was a time that it was low pressured maybe because that was a common bath time.
helpful staff also. they speak in filipino and english.
breakfast serving is similar to that of fast food.
wi-fi signal is ok than mobile internet. the place is decorated with local paintings.

The hotel is in a good location and my room was clean and quiet.
The beakfast was well below standard

My Room was samll. but quiet, clean and comfortable. The Airconditionair and shower worked well.

affordable hotel in the heart of davao city. has a nice café near the lobby area. public transport is easy to obtain as the hotel is on cm recto which one of the main streets in the city
