pool and local access great grounds could use a more insulation for sound floor of 215 we could hear the washes starting early in the morning tell late in the evening with a pipe beating the wall when there was an out of balance load the breakfast is very good,the grounds are very well taking care off..the Perata restaurant has excellent food.the staff is very courteous and efficient.we where there for 7 days,stay was very enjoyable.we will be returning again next week.
Restaurant Tip : be sure to visit the Perata restaurant there at the insular the food is very good

beachfront resort, friendly and accomodating staff, free parking, a few minutes drive from downtown Davao city As a hotel, you could do better with other hotels in Davao which are within the city center/downtown proper. But as a resort hotel, its good enough. Much more subdued and exclusive versus the beach resorts on Samal Island (10 min boat ride from the beach shore). Good value for money vs. other resort hotels as well.
But you can tell its an old hotel: rooms look like they may need a little touch-up (repaint, new finishings).

pool, nature location, rooms ok getting tired now and in need of some money, staff a bit slow in every respect stayed here twice over xmas, would probably try somewhere else next time as was average for the prices they charge ... would not expect those prices for a provincial city in Philippines, was probably a great hotel 10 years ago, but little done to upkeep it, bar closes early every night and food the poorest I had in Philippines which was not in line with their prices
