Great location on the water

We have stayed here before and really never had a problem, however this time we got a room with just a shower, no bathtub, also the free internet connection was extremely slow.

we really enjoyed our vacation at the waterfront resort. the room was large and the staff was very prompt on cleaning it every day. the free breakfast buffet was very good and had a large selection of food. i will recommend this resort to my friends.

Only stayed one night while in transit but I would recommend this hotel. It is not too far from the airport and it is very close to the pier if you are venturing out to another resort by water.
The hotel staff are friendly and the restaurant is first class. There is a quiet bar on the water.
The hotel grounds are well groomed and you really feel like it is a 4 star hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Take a short taxi ride to the nearest Mall. It is modern and can provide you with all of your needs.

Nice hotel .Spacious sprawling coconut grove .
Spacious and airy outdoors clean and well set

security at the main gate gives the idea of entering a restricted military zone.
main entrance to hotel is even more intimidating with several stern looking unfriendly security personnel patting you down and also ordering you to fill out forms and sign waivers for food items taken in.
reception impersonal, unfriendly and unwelcome.
conciarge impolite and even rude.
rooms are quite clean and spacious. good bathroom. large balcony with good view. maintanance staff curtious and prompt.
good breakfast. not exceptional.
sprawling land of coconut grove with well set swimming pools and outdoor jacuzi are the only attractive features of this highly priced hotel.
no beach, except for the waters edge of the bay, which is highly poluted.
Travel tip:
Remember to take gallons of drinking water and snacks from outside..Food and water over priced on the premises and there is no convenience store anywhere in sight. Look out for taxi prices. Although most are metered with visible seals, different taxies record different values for same distance travelled. I cannot underrstand this.

the hotel needs to have the rooms updated and also should let you know that the bars and most restaurants are not open on sunday. the beach needs work but the grounds are nice and green and the pool is well kept

the hotel was well located for avoiding the busy city as i was traveling back to australia the next day and it was very close to the airport. i found it to be very clean & tidy and the room was bigger then i had been expecting.the staff were helpfull and very good and the fooo\d was excelent. the wifi internet worked well and i certainly would stay again.
