Clean rooms and grounds, Staff are super, quiet place. Poor internet connection keeps droping out. have to use hired car or tri very high prices. Everything is so far to get to. The place is nice for the money I would rate it about 3 to maybe 4
Hotel Feature Tip : Buy water before you get there its high there and it far to get anything.

The hotel is too far from the city. The transportation to the city is very expensive for a little country town. There is no aircon in the room. The beach at the resort is not attractive. I thought I was booking for a hotel in the city as I book for a hotel and it turned out to be a resort far from the city. The walls of the room is very thin and eveything that is said in the next room can be heard. The drive to the city cost me 800 peso each time for a return trip.There is no aircon in the room. The resort is not attractive for more than a couple of days,

very friendly and helpful staff someone extended their stay, so i was unable to stay in the room i booked. It is really out of the way, maybe 30 minutes from Dumaguette. If I go back, i will definately wait until i arrive and just book a hotel then. There is fierce competition in the city, and there are many hotels available
