Nice New Hotel & Staff in Good Enough Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in the City. It's in a good enough location so getting around is not a problem. You can get to anywhere from there. There are lots of taxis and it is close to jeepney stops. It is about 20 minutes from Smallville (nightlife center), restaurants and SM Iloilo. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean and big enough for two. The hot water in the shower is working and the bathroom is clean.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Breakthrough at Villa, Iloilo and feast on a wide selection of seafoods they have to offer!

the hotel is nice and very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. we like the pool but we were not able to try it because they normally close at the time that we were up. i just wish you can use the pool even if it's still very early int he morning.
Nightlife Tip:
if you are looking for nightlife, smallville is the place to go or you can also try wave at circle inn

deluxe balcony room is fairly large, the balcony has seating for 2, so it's nice to relax at night.
bathroom is clean, minimum toiletries provided so bring your own instead.
breakfast is not inclusive but you can buy breakfast at the hotel's cafe is only (about $5), which consist choice of toast/pancake/waffle/french toast, ham/sausage/bacon/corned beef, 2 eggs, juice/coffee/tea. however, be aware they may not have some items and will let you know accordingly. when we were there, they didn't have coffee(!). so we took the coffee from our rooms and asked for hot water - it doesn't make sense that the hotel provides coffee mix, but the cafe don't have coffee...
service is slightly slow and sometimes without a smile but they will try to accommodate your request as much as they can.
Shopping Tip:
Not much to see in Iloilo unless you have friends/relatives to bring you around. Main shopping mall is SM City(?) but note most places close by 8pm.

The hotel was great.. we really enjoy our stayed in this hotel. The deluxe room is enough for 4 people and clean. The staff was nice and approachable. The location of the hotel is near in the market and department store. I love to stay again in this hotel.

Hotel provides simple comfort. Good for groups - available triple room (1 Q + 1 S bed) but make sure you don't book a double room and request for extra cotbed. They don't have the cot frames so will only dress a mattress and you end up sleeping on the floor, old-school style. We also saw a family room (2Q+2S I think) on the same floor. Breakfast is bought at hotel's mini cafe for about $5 each - consist of 2 eggs, choice of french toast/pancakes/waffle and choice of bacon/ham/corned beef.
Hotel location is at end of the road, nothing much around the area as shops close at 8pm. Main shopping mall SM City is about 10mins taxi ride away and closes at 9pm.
Lounge bar + ktv attached to hotel closes around 1am but it's mostly underutilised. Good if you're in a group as no need to worry about making too much noise, lol.
Pool is small, not for full-on swimming.
Service may be slow so be patient. They'll try to get things done for you although at a delayed pace.

My mom, uncle and I arrived at the hotel around 10pm so we were accommodated late check in as I have requested. In that case, I wasn't able to explore the facilities of the nice hotel. From the lobby, I was able to see the nice lit pool and unfortunately i didn't have the chance to experience it but it was very inviting. All the staff during that time were all pleasant and friendly. I would love to stay there again when I get back to Iloilo and definitely to explore the place, we checked out too early in the morning for our flight back home in manila.

My stay at Circle inn was just so-so. It's not the best in the City. Housekeeping was not very good, it was a little dirty. Only redeeming factor was the big bathroom and the pool. The staff was also not very friendly. The location is not good
