The hotel is in front of University of Agustin. 25 minutes to airport. 10 minute drive to SM mall. 15 minute drive to ortiz wharf.

Generally fair for the price of the hotel you cannot expect more since its just a cheap accomodation. I actually booked just a few hours before check-in, so far they were able to accommodate me in short notice.The airconditioning worked well, with a television set inside and hot water upon request.

Transit hotel
Cheap price, near the SM bus station and the shuttle to the airport

We stayed at this hotel just for one night before a morning flight from the Iloilo airport. It is situated relatively close to SM center bus station from there you can take a shuttle to the airport(70 pesos for person).
The room was tiny and dark and could have been cleaner.
There is absolutely nothing to see and do in the area, just to sleep one night. Across the street from the hotel walk down the street towards the sea and you will find a variety of cheap local food and massage centers.

I requested for a river view room when I booked, but was given a room facing the street which is very noisy. I guess this is better than a room with windows that open to an empty dark hall. I was given the river view room on my last night, and I loved it! It has a beautiful view of the city at sunset.

I find the room gloomy.........

I find the room sad and gloomy. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and cheap ruining the expensive looking comforter. The staff were friendly but why do they have to gather at the small lobby at night? It was annoying.....
