Friendly and efficient staff always ready to assist . Nice size rooms with deluxe rating . Great buffet breakfast with wide selection of food even had English marmalade available ! Large pool at rear of hotel which is very popular with local families . Close to truly world class shopping at SM City and shopping mall . Abundance of local restaurants and fast food outlets close by .

Never again. High rates for a not so good hotel. Room stinks of old carpet. Aircon very hot even when transferred to a new one. Toiletries incomplete. Staff not very responsive, you have to raise your concern at the minimum twice before they attend to you. WIFI in the room is with a fee. Linens are old.

Most pleasant stay at this international style city hotel . Deluxe room large in size with big bed and nice decor and fittings over looking the pool . Excellent buffet breakfast served in large and pleasant restaurant .... close to good shopping and entertainment centre at Smallville .

It was a comfortable and convenient stay for us

We were here for an overnight stay before going to our hometown. It has an outdoor swimming pool and spa massage. What I like best is it is accessible to both private and public transport.
