"fast service and convenient "
new, good smelling room, nice window view especially on new year's eve

when we arrived at the hotel we just presented our agoda receipt and immediately we were given a room on the 7th floor which had a great view downtown... the room was standard, it had a shampoo, soap, flatscreen tv, two beds, a phone, a desk, good airconditioning,nice hard bed, except for just one pillow and no hot and cold shower... we had to request the pillow for pesos, no breakfast but they had restaurant in the same building, although it was closed because of the new year celebration...
Shopping Tip:
there are many shopping malls around like the atrium, SM delgado, Marymart mall and JM BASA Stalls just walking distance

You got it all
very accommodating staffs, accessible to public transporation and very pocket-friendly

The best way to navigate the place is by public transport. This is why I chose this hotel. It is accessible to anywhere in the city and just a walk away to what you want during your stay.
In the morning you can wake up in the sight of the provincial capitol and how the crowd gets going as the streets only get busy around 9am. Walk around the city as you will be fascinated with the views and friendly smile of the people.
In the evening, walk along the river or take some beer or party at smallville or board walk.
This hotel offers you all. No breakfast was served but the hotel lounge and restaurant offers you variety of food to choose at a very reasonable price.

great location, neat rooms

Its very near the port going to Bacolod and within walking distance to SM, Iloilo Capitol and Museo Iloilo. A lot of multicabs going everywhere.
WIFI costs Php150 for 1 day unlimited, though it says on the timer it's just 15 hours. And connection is just average, disappointing really. :(
Rooms are pretty neat.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Dept of Tourism, just 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. They can give you directions and maps. They also give you tips on where to go for sightseeing and where to eat. Best of all it's free and they are very friendly.
