Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

The hotel was pricey yet old.
Very close to Enchanted Kingdom, Along the highway, room was huge.

We had an executive room so we expected too much. The room was old and quite creepy but it was spacious though. The A/C was freezing. It had a huge parking lot at the basement. Buffet breakfast was not that excellent since there were very few options.

The hotel is quite nice and clean, the room is spacious and the staff is helpful & friendly. It just about 10min to the town area by using the tricycle motor.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enchanted Kingdom is nearby.

Expensive hotel for what you get
The staff and breakfast were the only good part
5.3
The hotel is expensive considering what you get for your money. Room smells very old and musky. The decors are outdated. The hot and cold shower doesn't work as much, and if you're using in the morning you will definitely freeze. There were cockroaches and all sorts of mosquitoes, I suggest they use Baygon.
The bed though was quite comfortable as well as the pillows and the A/C was working well.
It really was a time-warp. And the smell can be unbearable at times!
As they are doing some renovation and construction, there is loud annoying noises that will wake you up in the morning. It is really annoying and I suggest if you want peace and quiet do not stay here (you will be hearing motorbikes all the time since it is beside the road).
The smell, again, is so horrible!

When we first got there i was shocked as the building is under renovation, but when we asked the guard he said it is open. So we got inside and all of the staff was smiling at us. They were so courteous and nice. The room was clean and big. They have few choices for breakfast but it was good. All in all (without the renovation thing going) we had a great stay and surely be back.

Ever reliable
Reasonable rates, accommodating staff
7.7
I often visit Sta Rosa, Laguna for business. El Cielito Inn is my preferred accommodation in this part of town. Being a regular guest, the staff already knows me and are very eager to comply with my special requests. Besides being reasonable priced, hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. They answer to our every need and they guarantee you a stress free and secured stay. Although El Cielito is currently undergoing renovation (with no working elevator), the hotel has special offers. Breakfast is now buffet style. Although, food selection is not that great. Room rates are also reduced (Rainy Day Promo). On my last stay, I was even upgraded from a single bedroom to an executive suite. How cool is that! Be wary though. Due to construction, rooms is the top floor can be quite uncomfortable to stay at because of the noise that comes with the renovation. So make to request from a room in the lower floors. Elevator is non functioning until next month. But overall, El Cielito remains worthwhile.
