I had reserved Royal Superior;upon check-in was assigned room.Although very clean, there's absolutely nothing 'Royal' or 'Superior' about it. It's in fact nothing more than a stationary supply storage room behind the reception desk. It does not even have a window. I was ready to forfeit my deposit and go to another hotel. After complaining and talking with the manager, was assigned another room, which is supposed to be deluxe. As industry professional, I find it standard. However, all the staff are extremely courteous/helpful; esp. the staff ,who went out of her way to serve me. Overall it was a very pleasant stay & would not hesitate to recommend it.

The hotel is near to the industry park and SM mall and 7-11 is just beside. The room is clean and the staff is friendly. Worth to stay if compare to others hotel nearby.

This was the second time I stayed at Green Glass Boutique Hotel with my kids. The hotel is very clean with very helpful and polite staff. It is within walking distance from SM shopping mall. There is no free breakfast but Chowking fastfood restaurant is just steps away from the hotel entrance, so food is not a problem. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you like to explore Calamba City.
Shopping Tip:
SM shopping mall is very near.

We loved this hotel! When you walk into the room, it is not something you'd expect to see when you look at the building from the outside. The rooms were very upscale and modernly decorated. It is located very close to SM Calamba and various restaurants.

But a short ride in Air con coach from Manila, the hotel is situated in central downtown Calamba City you are very close to SM Mall and a 7/11 is right next door. Our nicely appointed room came with a basic kitchen incl a microwave. The restaurant / bar on the roof serves some nice meals and the view at night is pleasing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take a tricycle out to Laguna Hot Springs, opt for a locker and enjoy the water. Big experience here is the fish that will check out your feet for dry skin.

I needed a room for about 3 nights. Booked it on Agoda and hoped it would be ok. The hotel was right next to SM mall so lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean and a modern style with flat screen tv. Had a small problem with room but they gave me back a credit for one full night. I would stay again if needed to be in that area again.
