My first 3 days was fantastic but I woke up on my fourth and last day with the air con not working as my room became hot. One thing I didn't like is you have to pay extra for wifi when I believe it should already be included in the room rate since we're in the computer era already.
Restaurant Tip:
La Preciosa restaurant serves the best food from Laoag although Fort Ilocandia serves one of the best empanadas.

Big pool, nice scenery, with ATV and horseback riding.

It was a great two-day stay. Water at the pool is just right to swim, clean and the pool is big. People are very much accommodating and the food for breakfast and dinner are also superb.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can also go to the Windmill, nice place also and you can take a trip to Malacanang of the North as well.

a complete resort hotel

although we stayed there for only one night, it was a pleasant stay worth sharing with others who wish to visit laoag. the food was great: buffet both for dinner and breakfast. location is quite good also: very near the sand dunes, about 15 minutes drive only. the staff are quite accommodating especially the room boy who assisted us and likewise gave us additional pointers while staying in the hotel.

All at more than 450 pesos with very old material
Gun shooting 450 pesos for only 10 bullets!!!
4 wheel drive 20 min 500 pesos. Useless very old and bad condition scooter

My family stayed here during our stay in Ilocos Norte. The staffs were great and very friendly. The rooms are a little bit old but clean. The breakfast buffet is okay. There are lots of activities with reasonable prices while in the resort - golfing, ATV, archery, mini Zoo, swimming in the pool or at the beach, my family enjoyed a lot. Check in is great but it took me a while to check out because credit card wire/wireless communication. They need to improve this. Overall, this is a great place to stay while in Ilocos.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can rent a van and do the tours at your own.

we enjoyed our stay in fort ilocandia,the location is very huge we enjoyed the sights, playing in the park walking along the beach and just strolling around the hotel. the staff are very friendly and the food in the resto inside the hotel is great... :)we are looking forward on our next visit.

check-in was a breeze for guests were lacking. first impression was that the hotel was old, i mean very old. lighting was very dim, maybe to create an antiquated ambiance. upon entering our room which was the entry level class, size of the room was ok but all inside was too rundown old, they need to renovate badly. the gardens were well manicured and was maintained well. but all the other amenities were kind of neglected. breakfast was so-so-so. not very good. overall this hotel will enchant foreign tourists from big modern cities but maybe not the locals.
