Ask for rooms at the front with more windows.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Attractions: Church Paoay, Vigan, coffee lunch at Saramsam, Laoag (near Museum Ilocos Norte), Halo Halo in Chowky near the Cathedral, Fort Ilocandia not worth the detour, hire a calesa to bring you around!
