Accessibility and hotel employees are very courteous. It is an old hotel and definitely requires renovation. Faucets and showers are old and broken. One of the rooms (Room#1) that we used has a leak on the ceiling. Luckily it wasn't raining during our stay but still dripping. Brought it up to the Hotel employee and they are supposed to move us to Room#2 after showing them the leak but when we came back that night, they gave Room#2 to somebody else and we are stucked with Room#1.
Wireless connection is very weak, it only works in Room#1.
Restaurant Tip : If you get tired of the Hotel food, you can go to the city which is just few kilometers from the hotel with various types of foods.

very friendly staff, rooms clean and good standard for hotel in this price range only complaint is that food often comes cold which I must stress is typical of most of the hotels I stayed in The hotel being just outside Laoag City offers excellent accommodation at budget prices, the rooms are clean with choices of queen size beds or two single beds with on suite facilities, full car parking facilities guarded day and night, within the hotel building there is a pleasant breakfast lounge with attentive staff attempting to please but only observation is that they say yes to everything not quite understanding your needs and do not ask for clarification, food often was cold after stressing you want it hot, this is typical of most of hotels in Philippines I visited, there is a separate building restaurant, again with same
observations, laundry service is available at reasonable rates & they offer tour facilities around the north of the islands, I would have no hesitation staying there again and also noted the on going refurbishment of the hotel which in no way was any disturbance whatsoever, on the whole a very pleasant place to stay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : dont expect to find a taxi , only motorcycles with side car, or jeepney buses if you can get your head around where they are going

Staff are very accommodating... even though we made an advance on-line booking, we have been placed in a room that are leaking inside because it was raining when we arrived there. the staff put a pale inside to catch the water leaking from the ceiling...we have no choice but to stay there coz they are fully booked during that time...may i suggest that if the guest made an advance on-line booking they should be given room that are due to them coz they already paid it in advance...please do not let your guest occupy rooms that require repair/renovation or whatsoever so you will not be criticized... not fully satisfied with the accommodation...
