Nice staffs, good location. it has swimming pool but not free. 6.3 We stayed two nights in this Hotel and found that the hotel was located in the good site and the staffs were well helpful and are nice to the guest. It have nice place out site to site and drink at night in the open air but the rooms were not that clean, the bathroom & water was dirty, tap was also not good and there was no water heater. T.V in the room were small (14”) and was of old model and also there was no remote for the T.V. Food in the hotel was nice but the bar was with the limited stock and could not get the choice of brand I wanted. Have no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

Couples Philippines, January 16, 2012	The right stop in Laoag before Vigan Location is one Tricycle away from town proper and very affordable 8 if your final stay is in vigan, and your flight arrives in laoag, this is a perfect stop for the budget traveler. the rooms are just ok to sleep in and the free breakfast is enough to start your first morning in ilocos norte. it doesnt have a view, but the room was clean enough and the staff, friendly. we got the value for our money. Hotel Feature Tip: since laoag has a free bus ride program from the airport to the neighboring hotels, you wont have any problems getting to northview. it is actually the first stop from the airport. just register in the tourism desk after claiming your luggage.
Susan A. Couples United States of America, January 06, 2012	Great location and good service. It's a good place for people that are staying in Laoag City. 7 The hotel is very close to the airport. They pick you up from the airport and take you to where you need to go. Staff are very nice. No hot water, small room and small bathroom. You get what you paid for. If you are traveling in budget this is a good place to stay. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: If you are staying in Laoag City this is the place you need to stay. but if you are wanting to go to the beach resort, find a place closer to the beach. This hotel is away from the ocean. It is in the center of Laoag. I wish I had more time to go sightseeing in the city. I had to go to Pagudpod the next day which is another 2 hours ride in the bus. People are very nice and friendly it safe to even walk at night. Clean city. No garbage on the street.

Families with older children Philippines, October 30, 2011	nice hotel friendly staff, safe location 7.7 we arrived in the evening (the signages in the highway going to this hotel were quiet confusing, with no clear directions to the hotel).. the receptionist and other staff were friendly and accommodating.. food in their restaurant was okay, although the free breakfast was so-so.. there was no complimentary wi-fi in the room as advertised, so bad their router wasn't fixed during our stay.. the rooms were clean, beds were comfy.. just the right hotel for an overnight stay!
