They had given our room away since we had arrived later in the day. The flights to Laoag were scheduled to arrive beyond check-in time. At the front of the desk, we caught some words about "queen" and some chuckling. When we carried our bags to our room, we found out that they had changed our room from standard queen to standard twin.
When we confronted them about it by going back to the front desk, they said they would send someone to the room to fix it. But they weren't very apologetic until we told them that that wasn't the proper thing to do to hotel guests. They should have been up front regarding the availability of the room and should have offered to help before we discovered for ourselves.
The staff was apologetic but only after a day in the incident. More professional training might be needed there.
The good thing about the hotel is it's food (a la carte) is great. Most hotels in the area don't have their own restaurants so that's an up.
Nice swimming pool and lawn chairs.
On the overall, okay experience.

Rooms were okay but the extra bed was literally an extra matress on the floor. Disappointing. Although Pool was nice. Bfast buffet was fine. Nothing special. Front Staff were also not that friendly. I keep on asking about the pool time and they seemed to be preoccupied with other stuff and just ignored me. Good thing the bellboy was kind enough to answer to my inquiries.

The location of the hotel is far from the city proper,not accessible to transportation,and the hotel need a facelift,altho the premise seem clean but the decors need improvement....

Our overnight stay in this hotel was indeed fantastic. We arrived late afternoon and to our surprise, we were fetch by an exclusive hotel couch... we felt extra special that the people who welcomed us were well dressed in uniform and very formal.
With regards to our rooms, it was very clean and nice. We enjoyed much the swimming pool and food, although the serving was very long, its ok because food taste good also.

The hotel is beautiful and clean and they have very accommodating staff. They serve delicious food as well. One thing I did not like is the presence of flies and other insects.They keep on bugging us when were having dinner and breakfast. Cable TV is also not available during our stay. But overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Hte cable channel is not clear. The breafast is not good thier waitress is not approachable.
The breakfast is included in the package but if the time of your breakfast they will tell you the food is over. Its state thier breakfast (6am to 10am) we go thier at 830am to 9am.

Room and bathroom are clean, great mattress, great pool.
However, service needs improvement. Staff needs to be trained further. Food isn't very good. Hotel is a bit far from the city center but very near the sand dunes and the Malacanan of the North. Also, weird water pressure while showering.
