There is a 24 hr service for food delivery and on call masseur in the vicinity; you are also within close proximity of LRT station, walking distance to the Mall, supermarkets and various food outlets. For shopping and exploring, guests can visit Harison Plaza, Shopwise Supermart, SM Hypermart and Manila Zoo, the place is also near the airport, major bus stations and the bargain center less the traffic. If you love the busy exciting nightlife of the Malate district, 7M at Pacific Regency Condo is just 3 blocks away!
Please note that parties and rowdy guests are not allowed inside the room. It is agreed upon that damages caused by the tenant shall have to be paid before check out. The unit shall be returned by the guest in the same physical condition as it was, upon endorsement. Please note that a cleaning fee is imposed USD20.00 per stay. Cleaning and maintenance staff will be allowed entry even without the presence of the guest, thus the property does not allow guest to leave valuables in the unit. The property will not be responsible for lost items. Please note that guests are required to register at the lobby. The hotel needs a pull out form and clearance from the owner to bring out big luggage during check out. Please note that guests are required to pay a security deposit of USD200.00 or equivalent for incidental charges which will be refunded upon check out should there be no incidentals or
losses/breakages. Please note that as these are condominium units for rent for short & long - term stay. Guests are required to provide their estimated time of arrival and contact details by indicating these in the special requests portion when making booking. Once the booking is made, please expect an email from the owner to give you further instructions and coordinate with you regarding check in process. Late check in beyond 6:00 pm must strictly be coordinated with the owners at least 2 days before check in. Contact details are indicated in the guest vouchers guests will receive. Children and extra beds:- Guests over 12 years old are considered as adults.
