Very high standard facility & service
Almost everything expected from a 5* hotel

The facility is typical 5*, but something else worth mentioning. They offer free 10 mins head & shoulder massage - Ms. Lian were very good at it, and the best part, guess does not have to "sign up". She just knock on the room door to offer the surprise service. They also give out little snacks such as chocolates & cookies every evening, right before dinner, a very thoughtful thing to do. My friend was offered free drink while waiting in the lobby. Some room for improvement though: internet can be faster (good for web & email but not youtube); breakfast is delicious but should offer more spread (other than Pinoy, western & sushi); the swimming pool is not working during my stay (though the gym is fairly well equipped). IMHO, Acacia is at least a class higher than Bellevue (used to be my favorite in Alabang) & cheaper too.
