stayed at the armada with my wife for ten days and have no complaints. room was big enough for the two of us and very clean and comfortable. buffet breakfast was good with many options.
the location of armada is both good and bad, taxi drivers have no idea where it is, but if you mention aristocrat restaurant, they can get you there. there is harrison and robinson shopping malls, many restaurants and bars within walking distance and mall of asia is about a 100 peso taxi ride away. at night the street this hotel is on has very poor lighting, is covered in trash, with many derelect buildings and construction sites there. unfortunately streets like this are common place in malate, so it was no problem for us and didnt change our opinion on armada or our stay there.
we liked the hotel, the room, the staff, the service and value for money, would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff
near to the roxas boulevard and shopping area

Nice hotel, good location near to the Roxas Boulevard and shopping area.
Very friendly staff. We needed to do some work on a steady computer, and there was one in the lounge and they let us use it for the whole day. At the roof there is a small swimmingpool, its nice to relax there for a while. Around the hotel they are doing a load of constuction at the time of our stay.
Really recommend this hotel.

you would not expect anything from the outside surroundings of the hotel but once you step in the adventure begins.... the rooms are big and clean with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom ... difficulty with the internet connection with free wifi... the buffet breakfast is good enough but nothing unique with what's on the table... the staff are very friendly and accomodating.... one great feature is their swimming pool at the roof deck

Lovely hotel with great service.
We enjoyed every single minute of our 2 nights stay in the hotel. We are supposed to stay only for a night but we end up staying another night coz my kids and my wife has loved the quiet, clean, relaxing room. My kids has been so excited everytime they went on swimming on the pool at the roof top . I was amazed also with the lovely little gym where i found all sets equipments and weights were all new and in good working conditions.

entrance/exit ramp to/from the little parking area at the basement of the building was a little inconvenient obviously because of its steepness and less space from the road.
breakfast for my children was not included in the package thus i have to order food for them from nearby food chain.

honestly, the room is nice and clean, Gym so great while doing the exercise along with TV and wifi. But things really not so conveneint is parking. Outside vicinity is just a common things in Manila.

Manila bay along wiht roxa bouli and nightly at Luneta park for relaxation and nightly at resornt world manila

Great Loction

Room is a great size. Bathroom is a good size. Overall the room is better than most I have stayed in for size. Congrats to Housekeeping. The room was always clean and refreshed beautifully.
Breakfast was also good for selection of food but get there ealry as they seem to let the food run down and not refill in a hurry unless you ask.
New Years Eve on the roof top pool area was awsome. Great value.

my family booked a room for new year's eve. we arrived early before 1pm and expected to wait until 2pm to check into our room. it was a surprise that we were ushered immediately to our room. the room we were given was spacious with two queen beds. despite being placed at the 6th floor, our stay was peaceful.
i was a bit disappointed with the bathroom because it did not contain a bath tub. i suggest that this information be included in the room description if not all the rooms have the same bath amenities.
the parking space at the basement was small. it was good that we were early so we were able to secure parking space there. when we were already leaving, however, the exit was very steep and security was unable to prevent the taxi from blocking our passage which made it difficult for us to pass through.
overall, our stay was pleasant.

Nice hotel in a bad part of the city. Good service from all staff, only bad point was the breakfast offer, go eat on the street outside instead. Big bed, and nice clean bathroom.
